Shipping Terms and Conditions

1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • High Volume: During high volume periods, such as during promotional events, processing time may extend beyond 2 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping options you choose. Typical delivery times once the order has shipped are as follows:
    • Southern Ontario: 2-3 business days
    • US & BC: 5-7 business days
    • Rest of Canada: 3-5 business days

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Confirmation: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
  • Tracking: The tracking number will be active as soon as the order is processed, i.e. within 2 business days.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Comeback Snacks currently ships to Canada and the USA only. Given the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), no duties will be applied to shipments destined to the USA.

5. Damages

  • Reporting Issues: Comeback Snacks is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Assistance: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Special Notes

  • Holiday Shipping: Please note that during holidays, shipping times may be affected and customers should place orders well in advance.
